Marketing Strategy

Execution without strategy is expensive; strategy without execution is demoralizing

There is no way around it. You need both strategy AND execution to achieve your business goals and boost your bottom line. We take a “strategy before tactics” approach and develop a customized marketing roadmap that fits your product or service, appeals to your audiences, and stands out from your competition.

Take a look at some of the work we’ve done for others —

marketing strategy | hulu

Hulu has a history of success in creating momentum in the advertising space with large agencies and brands and was extending their reach into the SMB space and steal share from local TV.  At the time, they did not have the internal marketing expertise to oversee the development of a new self-serve platform. M3 was hired to manage the overall project including  develop the go-to-market plan, create messaging and positioning of the platform, outline the needs for the website and resource center and implement an acquisition and nurture plan.

The M3 team pulled together a strategy for us that set our brand apart from competitors! After a thorough audit and a deep dive into our competitors, we were handed a clear path, outlining our direction for content creation. We created a new custom video series around our new product and increased engagement and views across all our major platforms. M3 truly acted as an extension of our team and not just a consultant, and that makes a huge difference.
