Event Production

We know corporate events. Whether the goal is brand awareness, lead generation or client education, the M3 team has done it.

engage client summit | momentfeed

MomentFeed, a mobile marketing technology company, was in need of event production and management of their second annual client summit. The M3 team came on board just four months before the event and developed the event theme, secured location venues, speakers, sponsors, lead the client advisory board outreach, and managed all aspects of event logistics and marketing execution to drive registration. The result? 150 of MomentFeed’s top clients enjoying two days of valuable networking, great content and really fun times.

Steelhouse, an ad technology company in Los Angeles, was opening an office in NYC and wanted to announce their presence in the Big Apple. So M3 planned an amazing event and completely managed the event including securing the location, caterer, entertainment and decor for the event. The event for 150 current and prospective clients was held at The GlassHouses in the penthouse followed by an exclusive dinner for 30.

The CMO of Yahoo! wanted to build relationships with other Fortune 500 company CMOs and share insights and ideas.  We planned a 2-day event with speakers (Katie Couric), entertainment (John Legend) and networking opportunities at an exclusive island location. The feedback about the event was very positive and many executive relationships were formed and strengthened over time.
